Chicken Alfredo Pizza on Cheddar Bay Biscuit

  • 11.36 oz box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 23 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Position a rack in the center of the oven.
  2. Combine Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, and 3/4 cup cold water in a bowl. Mix until just combined.
  3. Grease a pizza pan or baking sheet, then spread the dough onto the pan, pressing it into an even layer about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Brush the dough with 2-3 tbsp olive oil.
  5. Mix 1 cup shredded chicken, 1 cup Alfredo sauce, and 1 tsp garlic powder in a separate bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread the chicken and Alfredo mixture evenly over the biscuit crust.
  7. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella and 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes.
