Creamy Velveeta Chicken Rotini Pasta Delight

A comforting dish featuring rotini pasta enveloped in a rich Velveeta cheese sauce and tender chicken, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente; usually around 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add diced cooked chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes, just until heated through.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low. Add the cooked rotini to the chicken, followed by the cubed Velveeta cheese and milk. Stir well to combine.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
  5. Keep stirring the mixture on low heat for about 5 minutes, or until the Velveeta is completely melted and everything is heated through.
  6. Once the pasta delight achieves a creamy consistency, transfer it to a serving bowl.

Notes

For added variety, consider including vegetables like spinach or broccoli, or swapping chicken for ground turkey.
