Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese on medium speed for about 3 minutes, or until it is smooth and aerated.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning mix to the cream cheese and continue to beat for an additional minute, ensuring it is evenly blended throughout.
  3. Carefully fold in the diced carrot, red bell pepper, chopped broccoli, and green onions using a rubber spatula. Mix gently until all the vegetables are incorporated into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the spread for at least 120 minutes, allowing the flavors to develop.
