Pizza Chips

Crispy and cheesy pizza chips topped with mini pepperoni, perfect for snacking anytime.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams shredded mozzarella cheese (low moisture)
  • 50 grams shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 60 grams mini pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce or marinara sauce (optional for drizzling)
  • Crumbled cooked bacon (optional)
  • Chopped black olives (optional)
  • Diced bell peppers (optional)
  • Sliced jalapenos (optional)
  • Dried oregano or basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (about 400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Scoop approximately 15 grams of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each mound slightly and spacing them 5 centimeters apart.
  4. Top each cheese disc with mini pepperoni slices and any optional toppings.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool on the tray for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature with dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
