Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars

Indulge in these sweet Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars, featuring a creamy peanut butter base, a gooey marshmallow layer, and a rich chocolate topping.

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 4 milk chocolate bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 11 x 7 inch baking pan.
  2. Beat together the peanut butter, eggs, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Layer the marshmallow creme over the peanut butter base.
  5. Place the milk chocolate bars on top of the marshmallow layer.
  6. Spread the remaining peanut butter mixture over the chocolate.
  7. Bake for 22-24 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
  8. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate before cutting.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before cooling. Store in an airtight container.
