Peanut Butter Balls

No-bake peanut butter balls are a creamy, sweet, and satisfying snack, perfect for meal prep and an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1¾ cup old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or mini M&Ms (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the creamy peanut butter and maple syrup (or honey) to a large mixing bowl. Stir well to combine until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the old fashioned oats to the mixture, and mix thoroughly until the oats are well incorporated and the mixture appears cohesive.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips or M&Ms if using, ensuring even distribution.
  4. Portion out the mixture using a tablespoon scoop, and roll each scoop into smooth balls with your hands.
  5. Arrange the formed balls on a plate or baking sheet, then refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to enjoy.

Notes

If the mixture is too sticky, wet your hands slightly while rolling the balls. These peanut butter balls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or frozen for up to three months.
