Rich and creamy Oreo Truffles, made with crushed Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and coated in chocolate for a delicious no-bake dessert.

  • 36 regular Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet or white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

  3. Roll the mixture into small balls about 1 tablespoon each and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate the balls for at least 60 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate with the optional oil in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate and place the coated truffles back on the parchment to set.
  7. Refrigerate again for an hour to set the chocolate before serving.

Notes
