Mozzarella Garlic Butter Chicken Bowties in Indulgent Cheesy Cream

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 to 60 seconds.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and let simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Add the shredded mozzarella, salt, and black pepper, stirring until smooth.
  7. Mix in the cooked bowtie pasta to coat evenly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry before cooking for better browning. This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
