  • 1 cup water (plus ½ cup cool water for blooming)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: gelatin, water, sweetener, fruit puree, and citric acid or juice.
  2. In a bowl, sprinkle gelatin over a half-cup of cool water and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan until steaming but not boiling.
  4. Add the bloomed gelatin to the hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
  5. Mix in fruit puree and sweetener, stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
  7. Once firm, cut into desired shapes and enjoy!
