Gelatin Burn Trick Drink

  • 12 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients on your countertop.
  2. In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil (3-5 minutes).
  3. Once boiling, remove from heat and gradually sprinkle in the gelatin, whisking continuously until fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and sweetener to taste.
  5. Pour into a glass and cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until chilled.
