Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Warm, garlicky, and perfectly golden, these bite-sized chicken pieces are seared and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce, making for a quick and flavorful dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Toss with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes, flipping once.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium and add the unsalted butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce. Warm through for 1 minute. Garnish with chopped parsley if using, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra lemon flavor, squeeze lemon wedges over the finished bites. Increase garlic for a garlickier version and adjust seasonings to preference.
