Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Tender pieces of chicken breast seared in rich garlic butter, creating a golden crust and juicy interior. Perfect as a quick main dish or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet by placing a large skillet over medium-high heat and adding the butter. Let it melt and begin to foam but do not let it burn.
  2. Sauté the garlic by adding it to the melted butter and cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the skillet and season them with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 5 to 7 minutes until golden and cooked through, stirring frequently.
  5. Finish by removing the skillet from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
  6. Serve the bites warm as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

Pat chicken dry before seasoning for better browning. Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
