Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Warm, garlicky, and utterly satisfying, these Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are perfect for weeknight meals or casual dinner guests.

Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless chicken breast, trimmed and cubed
  • ½ Tablespoon herb de Provence
  • ½ Tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 40 g unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Trim the chicken and pat it dry, then cut into bite-sized cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. Season the chicken with smoked paprika, herb de Provence, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and half the butter.
  4. Sear the chicken for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Push chicken to one side of the pan and add remaining butter. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Stir everything together, remove from heat, and serve immediately.

Notes

Cut chicken into uniform cubes for even cooking. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
