Garlic Butter Chicken

A quick, comforting chicken dish cooked in garlic butter, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it foams slightly.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet in a single layer and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6 to 7 minutes per side, basting frequently with the garlic butter.
  5. Once cooked, remove from heat and transfer the breasts to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Use a heavy skillet for even browning. Can store in the refrigerator for 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
