Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • 12 ounces Pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
  • 2 cups Fresh Broccoli, chopped (or frozen)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated (or Pecorino Romano)
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  3. Add Broccoli: Toss in chopped broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
  4. Make the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly. Add sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan, mixing until melted and creamy.
  5. Combine Everything: Add shredded chicken and drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season: Adjust with salt and pepper as needed and blend for an additional minute.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with parsley or extra Parmesan.
