Crack Chicken Pierogi Casserole

A cozy casserole that merges traditional pierogi with creamy Crack Chicken flavors, perfect for weeknights or gatherings.

  • 4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 24 Frozen Pierogi
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken breasts, ranch seasoning, and cream cheese until chicken is well coated.
  3. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  4. Spread half of the frozen pierogi along the bottom of the dish, then layer with the chicken mixture, and finish with the remaining pierogi.
  5. Pour chicken broth over the entire dish, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

Great for leftovers; store in airtight containers for up to 3-4 days. For a crispy top, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking.
