  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in the toasted pecans gently.
  7. Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For even cookies, level the tablespoon scoop with the back of a knife. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
