Chicken, Sausage, Potatoes, Broccoli, and Corn Foil Packets

An easy foil packet dinner featuring tender chicken, sausage, red potatoes, broccoli, and corn, all grilled to perfection.

  • 3 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 turkey sausage link, sliced
  • 4 small red potatoes, chopped
  • 2 ears of corn, sliced into rounds
  • 12 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Kinder’s Grilled Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon steakhouse potato seasoning
  • Seasoning salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic & herb seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Butter (small pats for each packet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, ensuring the grate is clean.
  2. Cut large pieces of aluminum foil about 12 inches long.
  3. Combine the diced chicken, sliced turkey sausage, chopped potatoes, corn rounds, and broccoli florets in a bowl.
  4. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and add all the seasonings including lemon juice, then toss to combine.
  5. Divide the seasoned mixture among the foil pieces, placing thicker ingredients on the bottom.
  6. Place small pats of butter on top of each packet.
  7. Seal the foil tightly, leaving a little room for expansion.
  8. Cook packets on the grill for 25 to 30 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  9. Open packets carefully to serve, ensuring to watch for steam.

Notes

Cut ingredients into similar sizes for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F for safety. Refrigerate cooked packets for up to 3-4 days.
