Buckeye Dip: Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Party Dip

This Buckeye Dip is a no-bake party treat delivering the comforting flavors of chocolate and peanut butter in a creamy, dippable form.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 12 ounces mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure no lumps.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar to the bowl. Start mixing on low speed to avoid a mess, then increase to medium speed and mix until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before you start mixing. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
