7 Layer Bars

Indulgent 7 Layer Bars with a crisp graham cracker crust and layers of butterscotch, chocolate, coconut, and pecans.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1⅓ cups flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking pan to form a compact crust.
  4. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  5. Layer butterscotch chips, then chocolate chips on top.
  6. Sprinkle flaked coconut and chopped pecans over the chips, pressing down gently.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack, then cut into pieces and serve.

Notes

For neater slices, chill the pan for 30 minutes before cutting.
