Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: agar-agar, fruit juice, fresh fruits, and sweetener.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the fruit juice and agar-agar, whisking together and bringing to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  3. Allow to simmer for about 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously until the agar-agar is completely dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in your sweetener to taste.
  5. Pour half of the mixture into small serving dishes and let sit at room temperature.
  6. Add chopped fresh fruits on top.
  7. Pour the remaining mixture over the fruits, ensuring the fruits are submerged without air bubbles.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set, then enjoy!
