  • 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a bundt pan with butter or non-stick spray and dust with flour.
  3. Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one by one, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
