The Delightful Chicken Crunch Wrap

A quick and satisfying meal that combines juicy seasoned chicken, crispy lettuce, creamy cheese, and a flavorful sauce, all wrapped in a warm toasted tortilla.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Oil for frying (optional)

Instructions

  1. If using raw chicken, season it with taco seasoning, then grill or sauté it over medium heat for about 10–12 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. Let the chicken rest, then shred it and mix with sour cream.
  3. Lightly toast the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Layer shredded chicken mix, lettuce, and cheese on each tortilla.
  5. Fold the wraps: pull one side of the tortilla over, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet, place each wrap seam-side down, and cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve warm.
