Taco Ranch Bites

Taco Ranch Bites are a deliciously easy treat that combines savory beef or turkey, creamy cheese, and zesty ranch dressing, all atop crunchy tortilla chips.

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning, stirring to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and ranch dressing. Mix well until creamy.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay out tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Top each chip with about a tablespoon of filling.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly, then garnish with fresh cilantro or jalapeños before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
