Sweet and Savory Honey Butter Chicken

A quick and easy weeknight dinner featuring succulent chicken in a sweet honey butter sauce.

  • 2 lbs Boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Toss chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  3. Melt ¼ cup of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Lower the heat to medium, add honey and remaining butter, stirring to combine.
  6. Simmer the sauce for an additional 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  7. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

This dish can be served with steamed rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
