Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookies

A delightful blend of soft cookies infused with the rich flavors of cheesecake and drizzled with salted caramel.

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar and brown sugar, mixing until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and then vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend into the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in ¾ cup of the salted caramel sauce.
  6. Drop rounded balls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden around the edges and slightly underbaked in the center.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days. Warm in the oven to refresh.
