  • 2 tablespoons Gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons Natural Sweetener (Honey or Maple Syrup)
  • 1/4 cup Cold Water
  • 1 teaspoon Citric Acid (optional)
  • Flavor Add-ins (optional, such as extracts like vanilla or almond)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Measure out fruit juice and sweetener.
  2. Dissolve the Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Heat remaining juice and stir in bloomed gelatin until dissolved. Mix in sweetener and citric acid if using.
  4. Pour into Molds: Lightly grease molds and pour the mixture in.
  5. Chill the Molds: Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
  6. Remove and Store: Pop gummies out and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
