Peanut Butter Blossoms

Classic chewy cookies topped with a melted Hershey’s Kiss, combining nutty peanut butter with sweet chocolate for an irresistible treat.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar, creaming until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time until well incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture until fully combined.
  5. Roll small balls of dough (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a lined baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
  7. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie while warm and let cool on a wire rack.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for best results. Don’t overbake to maintain chewy texture.
