Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until crumbs resemble wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.
  3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to set.
  4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
  7. Pour filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
