Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

A creamy and flavorful chicken casserole infused with tender chicken and colorful veggies, topped with a crispy cracker layer.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Stir until well-blended.
  3. Fold in the frozen vegetables and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed crackers with the remaining cheese and sprinkle over the casserole.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Allow leftovers to cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Can be refrigerated for up to three days or frozen for three months.
