Milk Gelatin

A simple and delicious milk gelatin recipe that aids weight loss while satisfying cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin (or agar-agar for vegan version)
  • Optional sweeteners (e.g., honey or stevia)
  • Flavoring (e.g., vanilla, cocoa powder, fruit puree)

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: Start by collecting your ingredients—milk, gelatin, and any sweeteners or flavorings you desire.
  2. Warm the milk: Pour 1 cup of milk into a saucepan and warm it over low heat until it’s just warm enough to dissolve the gelatin.
  3. Dissolve gelatin: Once the milk is warm, sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of gelatin into it and stir continuously until fully dissolved (around 3-5 minutes).
  4. Add sweeteners and flavorings: Remove from heat and stir in your sweeteners and flavorings until well combined.
  5. Chill the mixture: Pour the mixture into molds or a container and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating. Chill for at least 2-4 hours until set.
  6. Serve: Once set, remove from molds, if applicable, and serve chilled. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Adjust sweetness gradually to taste.
