A comforting dish that perfectly marries the flavors of a cheeseburger with creamy pasta, featuring seasoned beef, rich Alfredo sauce, and gooey melted cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz penne or fusilli pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup bacon bits
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste

  3. Stir in onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, pour in Alfredo sauce, and mix well. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over pasta, cover skillet, and let sit for 2-3 minutes on low heat until cheese melts.
  6. Stir in bacon bits and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  7. Spoon into bowls and serve hot, optionally topping with extra cheese and parsley.
