Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: fresh lemons, gelatin, water, sweetener (if using), and herbs for flavor.
  2. Prepare the gelatin: dissolve powdered gelatin in warm water or soak sheets in cold water before dissolving.
  3. Juice the lemons: yield ¼ to ⅓ cup, strain if desired.
  4. Mix ingredients: combine lemon juice, dissolved gelatin, and cold water in a bowl.
