Ice and Gelatin: A Cool Approach to Weight Loss

A refreshing low-calorie snack made from flavored gelatin and water, perfect for weight loss and curbing cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flavored gelatin powder
  • 2 cups hot water
  • Optional sweetener (like stevia or erythritol)
  • Flavoring (fruit juices or extracts)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve 1 cup of flavored gelatin powder in 2 cups of hot water until fully dissolved.
  2. Add your choice of sweetener and stir until clear.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  6. Remove the cubes from the molds and enjoy them as is or blended into smoothies.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes
