  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl until just liquid and let cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  6. Fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Using a cookie scoop, drop dollops of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
