  • 1 cup water or juice

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Measure out gelatin, water or juice, and sweetener.
  2. Mix the Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over water or juice and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the Mixture: Heat over low heat until completely dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add Sweetener and Flavors: Add sweetener and mix well. Optionally add fruit pieces.
  5. Pour and Set: Pour into molds, refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Remove from molds or cut into cubes and serve chilled.
