Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: unflavored gelatin, hot water, and desired sweeteners or flavorings.
  2. In a mixing bowl, sprinkle gelatin over hot water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir until fully dissolved; add sweeteners and flavorings if using.
  4. Pour mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
  5. Once set, cut into cubes or enjoy directly from the container.
  6. It can be consumed warm by dissolving with more hot water or as a chilled dessert.
  7. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one week.
