  1. Prepare your ingredients: Gather the gelatin powder, fruit juice, sweetener, and water. Measure out 1 cup of fruit juice and set aside.
  2. Dissolve gelatin: In a small bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder. Add 1/4 cup of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Heat mixture: In a saucepan, combine the remaining water (3/4 cup) and juice. Heat the mixture gently over low heat until just warm; avoid boiling.
  4. Combine ingredients: Stir in the bloomed gelatin until it completely dissolves in the warm juice mixture. Add sweetener if desired and mix well.
  5. Pour into mold: Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling each cavity about three-quarters full.
  6. Chill until set: Place the molds in the refrigerator for about 120-240 minutes or until fully solidified.
  7. Enjoy your treat: Once set, gently pop the gelatin sequins out of the molds and enjoy your refreshing and guilt-free snack!
