A delightful and guilt-free dessert made primarily from gelatin, perfect for weight loss.

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 2 cups cold water or fruit juice
  • Sweetener (optional, such as honey, agave, or stevia)
  • Chopped fruit pieces (like strawberries or peaches)
  • Flavor extracts (optional, like vanilla or almond)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: gelatin powder, water or juice, sweetener, and fruit.
  2. In a bowl, combine 2 cups of cold juice with 2 tablespoons of gelatin and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, gently heat 1 cup of water (or juice) until steaming, then add the bloomed gelatin mix and stir until dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in sweetener; stir in chopped fruit once cooled slightly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to serving containers or molds.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  7. Once set, release from molds and serve.

Notes

For a low-calorie version, use sugar-free sweeteners and unsweetened juice. You can experiment with different fruit flavors.
