  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • Sweetener (optional, such as honey or stevia)
  • Chopped fruit (optional, such as berries or citrus)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather unflavored gelatin powder, water or fruit juice, sweetener (if using), and any fruit you want to add.
  2. Dissolve the Gelatin: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of juice with 2 tablespoons of gelatin. Heat gently over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Add Sweetener: If you prefer sweeter gelatin cubes, mix in your choice of sweetener at this stage until fully dissolved.
  4. Incorporate Fruits: If using fruit, chop it into small pieces and add it to the mixture, stirring gently to distribute evenly.
  5. Pour Into Molds: Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish to set. Let it cool slightly before transferring it to the fridge.
  6. Chill: Allow the gelatin to set in the refrigerator for at least 120-180 minutes until firm.
  7. Cut and Serve: Once set, remove from molds or cut into cubes if set in a dish. Enjoy your flavorful gelatin cubes!

Notes

Store completed gelatin cubes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
