Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Golden, flaky pastries filled with ground beef, garlic, and melted cheeses, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until it’s no longer pink (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat, then add garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until well combined.
  4. Open the crescent roll dough and lay out the triangles on a flat surface.
  5. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture onto the wider base of each triangle. Fold the sides over the filling and roll to form a sealed ball.
  6. Arrange on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
