Garlic Butter Chicken Bites Pasta

Warm, garlicky, and comforting, this Garlic Butter Chicken Bites Pasta features tender chicken morsels in a rich garlic butter sauce over al dente pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Save a small cup of the pasta water.
  2. Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 6 to 8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss well in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until everything is well combined. Add pasta water if the mixture seems dry.
  7. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Cut chicken into even-sized pieces for uniform cooking. Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
