Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese (8 oz)
  • Powdered Sugar (1/2 cup)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
  • Heavy Whipping Cream (1/2 cup)
  • Fruity Pebbles Cereal (2 cups)
  • Taco Shells (Store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes).
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. If making homemade taco shells, fry tortillas until crispy and let cool.
  6. Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  7. Garnish with a sprinkle of Fruity Pebbles.

Notes
