Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups fruity cereal
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Additional fruity cereal for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fruity cereal and melted butter. Stir until all the cereal is coated evenly.
  2. Press the cereal mixture into small taco-shaped molds, compacting it tightly to form sturdy shells.
  3. Place the molds in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes to set.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until it becomes light and fluffy.
  5. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract, blending until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped cream until just incorporated, ensuring a light texture.
  7. Carefully remove the cereal shells from the molds and fill each shell with the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Sprinkle additional fruity cereal on top of each taco and serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Make sure to pack the cereal mixture tightly in the molds to prevent breakage when removing. For best texture, consume the tacos within 2 days.
