  • 1 cup 100% pure fruit juice (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin (or agar-agar for vegan option)
  • Sweetener (optional, such as honey or stevia)
  • Chopped fruit pieces (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Pour 1 cup of fruit juice into a saucepan and heat gently over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of gelatin, whisking continuously until fully dissolved (about 2 minutes).
  4. If desired, add a spoonful of sweetener and mix well.
  5. Stir in any chopped fruit pieces, if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or a dish and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours until set.
  7. Once set, serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes
