  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup natural fruit juice
  • 12 tablespoons organic sweetener (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Measure out your edible gelatin, water, fruit juice, and sweetener if desired.
  2. Dissolve Gelatin: In a medium saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over 1 cup of water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it blooms.
  3. Heat Mixture: Place the saucepan over low heat and stir until the gelatin completely dissolves (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Add Flavors: Remove from heat and stir in the fruit juice and sweetener.
  5. Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into your molds and fill to desired thickness.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours until firm.
  7. Unmold & Enjoy: Once set, gently remove the sequins from the molds and enjoy as a snack or topper on dishes!

Notes

Experiment with different fruit juices or purees for various flavors. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
