  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 packet sugar-free flavored drink mix (e.g., Kool-Aid)
  • 2 cups water
  • Fresh fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: unflavored gelatin, sugar-free flavored drink mix, water, and optional fresh fruit.
  2. In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of water until almost boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in 1 packet of sugar-free flavored drink mix.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or bowl and let it cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer to the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours.
  7. Once set, slice or spoon into serving bowls, and add fresh fruit if desired.

Notes

This gelatin can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
