  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1 cup cold water or juice
  • 1 cup warm water or juice
  • Sweeteners (optional): honey or stevia
  • Fresh fruits (optional)
  • Spices (optional): cinnamon or vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water or juice and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Warm additional water or juice in a saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  3. Stir in the bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
  4. Add sweeteners or spices if desired and stir to combine.
  5. Incorporate chopped fresh fruits into the gelatin mixture.
  6. Pour into molds or a shallow dish and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  7. Cut into cubes or slices and enjoy as a snack.

Notes

For a low-calorie version, use unsweetened almond milk or coconut water instead of juice. Allow gelatin to bloom properly for best results.
