A refreshing drink that combines unflavored gelatin with lemon juice, honey, and spices, aimed at aiding weight loss and promoting fullness.

  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • 12 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of cold water and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of gelatin over the water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Turn on low heat and gently stir the mixture until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 2–3 minutes. Do not boil.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and add 1–2 tablespoons of lemon juice and honey or cinnamon if desired. Mix well.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a glass.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let it set properly.
  7. Enjoy your drink chilled, experimenting with other flavors if desired.
