Deliciously Cheesy Chicken Garlic Wraps

Family-friendly cheesy chicken wraps infused with garlic flavor for a delightful dinner.

  • 2 cups diced boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Optional vegetables (spinach, bell peppers)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the diced chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in shredded cheese until it melts slightly.
  4. Lay out tortillas on a flat surface, spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center, and add any optional vegetables.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling, securing the contents.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange wraps seam-side down.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for optimal texture.
